Ventured over to Turpin Falls last weekend.
Fairly cold and windy on arrival, but that soon changed as the sun worked its way above the horizon.

Rays of light lit up the rocks in the foreground, dappled shade across the water leads the eye to the torrents of water that were cascading over the lip of the falls.
Even though it was school holidays, I was the only person there, and really enjoyed the sound of the crashing water as it made its way over from the natural amphitheatre.
